So you wanna know a little about Brian Bratton without the helmet on huh? Well, I’ll tell you a little bit. Most people think of me as a football player but people very close to me will tell you there's a lot more to me. Football is what I do but it doesn't consume me. There is much more. I look at my life this way: 1. God 2. Family 3. Football. Most importantly I'm a Christian and make it known that God is the source of my strength and with out him I would not be where I am today. I'm a family guy. My mother and my father worked hard to give me the opportunities to make something of myself and now I am just letting my actions and doings reflect the excellent up bringing that they afforded me. I will be forever grateful for the sacrifices that they made since my birth July 31 1982 in Wheeling, WV. I've made my home in Augusta, GA where my family also lives. I have 1 brother whom is my best friend. I attended lakeside high school and continued my education at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. I've met many people and have had many experiences that influenced my life and have helped build my character. I am grateful for each one.

I'm a very easy going guy that likes to have a good time. Being happy to me is important so I like to do things that I enjoy, and surround myself with people I enjoy. It could be as simple as watching a good movie from the couch or heading to the mall for a little spree. All though I love a home cooked meal I find myself eating out a lot. Sushi has been the most popular choice for me lately. In the spare time I do haven I've enjoyed a round of golf or two, I'm new to the game but its fun. I like to attend sporting events of any kind especially if I know someone who is playing. I'm not a huge video game buff but I'm stuck on the Nintendo wii right now. I've loved music since I was a kid and it continues to be a daily part of my life.

My whole outlook on life is being happy. I guess you can say I am a guy doing his best just to live his dream and I'm happy doing it. My mother always told me, "be happy where you are on the way to where you are going". I am hard worker that is confident and that has a vision to be the best I can be as a person and a player.
